  2.    ctcp [=]<nick>|<channel> clientinfo [<ctcp command>]

  4. Description:
  5.    This lets you find out what CTCP commands another client knows how
  6.    to deal with.  You can get a more detailed explanation of the CTCP
  7.    commands understood by specifying the desired command.

  9. Examples:
  10.    To get more information on VERSION from Joebob:
  11.       /ctcp joebob clientinfo version
  12.  
  13. Other Notes:
  14.    Some CTCP commands, DCC, ERRMSG and SED in particular, are not meant
  15.    to be used manually.  The results can be unpredictable.
